A 3.5% convenience fee will be added to any payments being made in the parent portal (Infinite Campus) via a credit card. Online check payment (e-check) transactions may be made without a fee.
If you would like to avoid the convenience fee, you can make payments to Mentor Schools via check or cash by visiting the Administration Building at 6451 Center Street. Checks can also be mailed to: Treasurer’s Office, 6451 Center Street, Mentor, Ohio 44060, but please do not mail cash. Online check payment (e-check) transactions may be made without a fee.

WITHDRAWING A STUDENT - To withdraw a student, click on "More" in the black column, then Annual Update / Add New Student / Withdrawal. Under Residency Status, choose Withdrawing a Student. You will need to click through all of the tabs and Submit. Please contact Student Services at 440-974-5246 or 440-974-5327 if you have questions. SCHOOL ISSUED DEVICES (iPad, Chromebook, MacBook), for withdrawing students only, should be returned to the Board Office IT Department, door 4A or you will be charged the replacement cost of the device.
